Do you really expect people from the bowling community to
believe this hogwash. You are
trying to convince some of the most
educated people in the world that you are a victim. A
victim of what? Theft? LOL!!!!!!!!!
Interchangeable thumb technology has been around since
when? About the time you were born?
I think maybe, just maybe, someone made a fitting ball many
many years ago. Yes, one
that had a removable and
interchangeable thumb. It even had different sizes. Another
company has one that you can change
pitched and spans.
Please Q U I T trying to make others look bad. You're only
hurting yourself. I told you the
best advice for yourself along time
ago.
Concentrate
on selling your own invention instead
of spilling mud on others. 98% of all
inventions never even make it to market. Just go sell it!
If it's good, bowlers will use it.
They're smarter than this.

I've tried most of the switchgrips on the market today with
more problems than success.
I've had the sleeves come out during my delivery, thumb
holes that would stay locked in
the ball so I could not swith to another ball, thumbs that
have cracked after 2 weeks, and
my personal favorite is the thumbs that come out and go down
the lane with the ball
because the locking mechanism fails.
The only product I have had any luck with is Perfecta-Grip.
Everything has stayed in place,
not cracked or moved, and I can switch the thumbs every
time. I would recommend this
system to all.

They are not quicker to install than a Perfecta
Grip [which only take 2 minutes] - and they're
not indexable (something the infringers don't
understand).
Since I invented that design too (back in 1987),
I'll tell you in advance, "Satisfied" - what your
first problem will be... It will get stuck inside!

TO: DS (...my former friend)
As I'd explained to you years ago (at Mitch's
house), a "fitting ball" employs cranks, gears,
square inserts, along with metal parts, etc. &
was never designed to be thrown, nor was it
in any way designed to be used in sanctioned
competition. It was, and is a separate invention.
It was as different as an Air Conditioner is from
a Refridgerator, or an Ariplane is from an Auto.
That is why I told you then... (at Mitch's),
that by including a "Fitting Ball" application in
my present patent, I would be reducing my
Pioneering Invention to a "mere improvment
over pre-existing prior Art" - which - (as I had
explained to both you and others, including all
of my former
patent attorneys) - was a
course
of action I would not choose. Had I opted to
make my patent all inclusive, you would have
been right in your argument.
F A C T:
Mine was the first "Dynamics Control" system
ever designed to be used in conjunction within
any standard
Bowling Ball - for any on-lane
practical application (sanctioned or otherwise)
Mine were the first that actually WORKED, and
the first accepted as such - by all who govern.
ALL the rest is pure politics.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The problem is, you were well advised of all of
this, well beforehand... So, upon signing your
patent application, you became
a disgustingly
blatant and all-too-obvious willful IP Infringer,
...in my humble, but expert first-hand opinion!
Get this straight, I invented a - "Bowling
Ball
Dynamics
-
Control System" , which you
were
well aware of before you'd met with LT of TG.
Furthermore, they were well aware of me and
my invention as well. (I have too much proof)
You're right about one thing, intelligent people.
They can conclude why the 2 major infringers
(both... within 12 miles from my home) all of a
sudden, came up with their brilliant discoveries
(right after I was featured on the cover of the
MaComb Daily Newspaper - in April of 1995!!!)
That Newspaper's office is walking distance
from TG. (& they saw the article well before
they saw you because I showed it to them!)
The others, all learned what I had in similar
fashion... and yes --- I said ALL OF THEM.
(VIT included...in fact their story's WORSE)
So...
Where have you been hiding these days ???
No one has seen or heard from you, (since it
was rumored that you were looking to sue your
former employer). They ever pay you off yet?
What is the going rate these days, for filing a
bogus patent application... anybody know???
If I were you (...and, I'm glad I'm not),
I'd slither back to that rock you crawled out from
under -and go back into, your long hibernation!
I may not have much,
but what I've got - I earned.
(&... I sleep mighty well, too)

PS) if you have your buddy Cory, remove this
post you will find it plastered in every place
you can think of... to the point you'll see it
in your sleep! I'll end this gossip I mean it!
Now, go have yourselves a wonderful day

AND NOW, YOU KNOW ...THE REST OF THE
STORY !!!
WE ONLY ASK... THAT OUR (WELL
DOCUMENTED)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
INVENTORSHIP RIGHTS
BE HONORED AND RESPECTED -
BY EVERYONE.
IT'S NEVER TOO EARLY OR
LATE ,TO DO THE RIGHT THING!
